Premier Luxury Mountain Resort \u2013 General information<\/h3>\n

The complex was built in 2009, with partial renovation in 2011. The buildings have six floors with a total of 60 apartments and different types of housing - studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments and maisonettes, as well as premium class VIP apartments.<\/p>\n

Important information about maintenance fee:<\/p>\n

The last modernization was in 2011. The fee is about 8 euros per sq m<\/strong> and includes: 24-hour security, reception, maintenance of common areas, elevators, lighting, cleaning, internet, television, parking and access to the SPA and fitness center.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
