At first glance, the supply is huge. There are thousands of ads. But if you ask someone who wants to move here permanently, the answer is shocking: <strong>\u201cThere is nothing to buy.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is the story of a &quot;hollow&quot; market and the strategy that can fill it with meaning.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"border: 0;border-top: 1px solid #eee;margin: 40px 0\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"color: #2980b9;margin-top: 40px\">Part I: Archaeology of the Balloon (Why are buildings the way they are?)<\/h2>\n<p>To understand today&#039;s deficit, we need to go back in time. Today, families are forced to live in cramped quarters or not buy at all.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0\"><strong>\u26a0\ufe0f Modern houses (Chalets):<\/strong> Paradoxically, an alpine resort lacks an alpine house with its own yard.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"color: #2980b9;margin-top: 40px\">Part III: The \u201cSkeletons\u201d Dilemma \u2013 To Push or to Finish?<\/h2>\n<p>One of the most common mantras in public space is: \u201cStop new construction, finish the old skeletons!\u201d It sounds logical and ecological. Gathering the signatures of 40 people scattered around the world to restart construction is a legal \u201cMission Impossible.\u201d.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Shock of 2025:<\/strong> If you decide to finish a frame today, you have to make it legal to current standards.
