Safety rules and terms of use

To ensure a peaceful and hygienic environment for all visitors, ZZ Land Play Cafe applies the following rules:

• Capacity: The maximum capacity of the children's center is 40 children.
• Age restrictions: The main play area is intended for children over the age of 3. Children under this age are only allowed if accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
• ZZ Baby Land: A separate area for the youngest (up to 3 years old), where the presence of parents in the cafe area is mandatory.
• Hygiene: All visitors (children and parents) are required to wear socks in the play area. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire territory.
• Health: Children with symptoms of illness (cough, runny nose, rash, fever, red eyes, etc.) are not allowed.
• Safety: It is prohibited to bring sharp and dangerous objects. Parents should instruct their children not to climb, jump or throw toys from places not designated for this.
• Behavior: The team has the right to terminate the stay of children with rude or aggressive behavior.

Important for birthdays: There may be other celebrations in parallel with yours, as well as free access for other children, unless you have rented the entire children's center.
