Important rules for Bansko ski area: What you should not forget

Strict Face Control: When you first pass through the turnstile, cameras capture your face. The system stores your biometric data and links it to the card chip. Never give away your card! If you try to log in with a friend's card, the system will immediately block you, and the card will be confiscated by the operators without the right to compensation.

Medical insurance: Every purchased ski pass includes basic mountain insurance. It covers transportation by akaya and rescue operations, but ONLY within the officially marked and groomed ski slopes. If you are a fan of freeride (off-piste skiing) or snowparks, we highly recommend that you take out additional extreme insurance before your arrival.

Card loss: Protect your chip cards from phones, keys and mechanical damage. A lost one-day or multi-day card is not refundable. Refunds are only possible for named season cards for a symbolic reissue fee.
