- Winter period: The restaurant is open. only during the winter months. In winter, the restaurant is open only for dinner, with two fixed check-in times.
- Summer period: During the summer season, the Sushi Bar and Teppanyaki Grill is closed. Sushi lovers can order delicacies at the La Veranda Bar and Lounge.
- Reservations: Due to high occupancy and limited number of seats, advance reservation is mandatory.
