The day begins with a walk along the main street „"Pirin"“ – the heart of the old town. This street weaves stories from the past into every cobblestone street and symbolizes the deep connection between Banska Bystrica and the majestic Pirin Mountain. Pirin Street is home to some of the most important monuments of local culture, and the spirit of the Bulgarian Renaissance is felt from every corner.

The first stop is Holy Trinity Church„, built during difficult times for the Bulgarians (1833–1835). At that time, the construction of such a large-scale temple was an expression not only of religious but also of national pride. Its bell tower, towering in the center of the city, continues to tell legends about the indomitable spirit of the local population.

After a short stop at the church, the visit to Nikola Vaptsarov House Museum„ complements the morning walk with the opportunity to learn about the life and work of one of the most significant Bulgarian poets, born here.
