The studio offers a variety of classes tailored to the different levels of training and the specific physical goals of the trainees.

Class name Session focus and description
🧱 Strength Foundations Building the foundation. Complex movements are eliminated and the focus falls on mastering basic techniques and proper form. A starting point for building strength, correcting posture, and training properly without the risk of injury.
💪 Bodyweight Strength Circuit A lunchtime class focused on body mechanics, tension and control. Includes challenging push and pull variations, core engagement and calisthenics. Perfect for a break from the laptop and building upper body strength.
🐒 Core & Ground Flow Blends core stability with mobility and animal flow movements. The constant muscle engagement builds an „armored“ lower back and hips, effectively unlocking tightness after skiing or prolonged desk work.
🔥 Core Blast A 45-minute session dedicated entirely to the core. Dynamic exercises, isometrics, and resistance are used to build real strength in the midsection, making everyday tasks easier.
🟢 Full Body Circuit Beginners A complete workout adapted for beginners. Performed at various stations with medicine balls, bands and dumbbells. A great way to get your heart rate up and learn balanced routines.

⏱️ HIIT Beginners A gentle introduction to interval training. Easy versions of bodyweight exercises are demonstrated, with the main focus being on proper technique and finding an individual work rhythm.
