📋 Inspection checklist: Technical inspection

Be sure to check at every inspection. Bansko:

  1. Does the building have Act 16 (Certificate of commissioning)?
  2. Are there any encumbrances on the property (mortgages, foreclosures)? When will an official report be issued?
